A bright and cheerful hideaway comfortably furnished throughout! This two-bedroom 1 bath oceanfront home is perfect for a couple's retreat, even including your family pet. At the Montana Cafe you are literally just a few steps above the sandy beach. You couldn't be any closer to the water unless you were swimming.

After a day at the beach, kick back and relax in the super comfortable leather furniture. Enjoy movie night or just drink in the ocean view. There's also a reading nook, complete with a new sofa. The open floor plan allows everyone to be a part of the conversation or meal preparation. You'll find everything you need in this modern kitchen, including the staples like spices and paper products. Bonus - the extra-large refrigerator is perfect for stocking up cold beverages and tasty seafood! The dining table seats 4 pulse 4 more at the counter.

Sweet Dreams: Linens (bed & bath) are included for all reservations 7 nights or longer

North Street-Side Bedroom: Two twin xl beds with full bath adjacent (beds require extra long twin sheets)
South Street-Side Bedroom: Two twin xl beds with full bath adjacent (beds require extra long twin sheets)

Outdoor Spaces:

Montana Cafe has one of the largest oceanfront decks around. With 600 sq. ft. of sundrenched space, a portion which is covered, you may never want to go inside. Relax on one of the comfortable lounge chairs and watch the dolphins and pelicans go by or enjoy breakfast as you witness spectacular sunrises every day. Don't worry, your furry friends can play on the deck in this safety-gated space.

Location:

Your beach rental is located approximately 2.3 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge. You'll be near the central part of Topsail Island which puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

$300 Non-Refundable Fee per Dog per Week - max number allowed is 2/up to 50 lbs. each. Sorry, cats are not allowed.
Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises.
Full Bath with Chair Height Toilet, Handrails & Walk-in Shower.
Rents WEEKLY ONLY - Saturday turn day ONLY.

Ward realty is the absolute best company that we have dealt with since we've been coming to the island since 2018, we will never go to another company. This was our first year with Ward realty and we will stay with you guys forever. We have no plans on using any other realtor and we plan on staying with Montana Cafe. Also. It was the best little house and provided us with the best vacation we've had yet. We've been coming to topsail since 2018. We LOVE this home and the only reason we haven't booked it for next year is because we're planning a trip overseas. The owners have done a wonderful job of making the house easy and comfortable to stay in. We lvoe the decor, the kitchen and the appliances and of course the deck. I want to mention that the bedrooms get too warm at night- I know the air is difficult to control in those small rooms but it's a small issue that's not a deal breaker for us Thank you!

Awesome! This property has everything a family could need or want. We have rented many places at Topsail and none of them provided all the things that this cottage did. The kitchen items were top quality and plentiful. My home is not furnished this nicely. The deck and deck furniture were great. This cute house has everything. I highly recommend it and hope to return.
