Terms & Conditions for the Ward Realty SMS program

Ward Realty uses SMS to communicate with guests as their reservation begins and throughout their stay. We send only operational and reminder messages. Ward Realty will not share, sell, or provide your mobile number or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Some of our messages include the following pertinent items about a reservation:

Check-In notification
Door codes once the property is ready for check-in
Check-out instructions
Link for check-in tips

How recipients opt-in

Once a reservation has been made, each guest will receive an email with the opt-in consent form. Simply check the box to agree to receive text messages and sign the form. If the included mobile number is not correct, simply change it on the form before submitting it back to us. This opt-in action is not bundled with acceptance of any other agreement terms. The executed consent form is attached to each reservation within our software system and retained on file for each guest. SMS consent is not a condition of staying with Ward Realty; recipients who decline SMS are communicated with by phone or email instead. If you choose, you can click this print ready version of the Opt-In Consent for you to sign and return to us, as well. Here is the exact opt-in consent form we will send to you after a reservation is amde.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for sending and receiving text messages depending on your plan.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from the SMS program at any time. Reply HELP to any message to receive help, or contact us directly.

Carriers

Ward Realty is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their affiliates, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy & how we handle your information

Ward Realty will not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect date of the most recent version. Your continued participation in the SMS program after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
