Or if you prefer, the sites & sounds of the ocean can also be enjoyed from the living room, kitchen or dining area. Should you chose to cook in, your kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your own seaside fare right down to the blender for your fresh strawberry daiquiris. Dine at the breakfast bar, the dining room table or while reclining on your deck.

You can relax at the beach or at the swimming pool, which includes a poolside gazebo and a vast expanse of multi-level decking complete with lounge chairs. Paved walkways lead to a cream-colored sandy beach and aquamarine ocean. And after a day of surf and sun, allow you to wash away the soft, fine sand in the outdoor showers.

In the evening, after being mesmerized by the glimmering trail of moonlight off the restless ocean, after counting millions of "extra" stars while strolling along our miles of beaches, you can lie back in bed and allow the rhythmic purr of the ocean to lull you to sleep.

Your beach condo is located approximately 1.2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island, puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

• 2026 HOA Run Community Pool: open April- October (opening and closing dates to be announced). 8 am to 8 pm daily, weather & safety concerns permitting.   
• Gate/laundry/parking passes/pool keycard required with a credit card on file.
• Please note that Surf Condo units only provide parking for 2 vehicles.
• Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on the condo premises.
