The sweeping views of the intracoastal waterway and the high-rise bridge from the sun deck will give you a front row seat to Topsail Islands breathtaking sunsets. Bring the boat! Soundside Park is right down the road to launch your water toys!  Dont forget to enjoy the massive private yard, which is great for lawn games, al fresco dining and more!

This 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home (4th bedroom is the downstairs bonus room) has all of the modern conveniences, with classic touches, to make you feel right at home. The open kitchen and dining area make it easy to socialize while you enjoy a meal. Nothing better than walking across the street grabbing a Topsail Steamer Pot and enjoying a great night with the family!  

Downstairs is the bonus room!!! Counted as the 4th bedroom, it a full separate living space with a twin daybed "sofa" with trundle, large smart TV, full kitchen, dining space, a 1/2 bathroom PLUS direct, private access to the massive outdoor shower. The whole family can find some space while still being together. The Knotty Hooker is the place you can make memories year after year!

Your beach rental is located approximately 0.7 miles south of the Surf City highrise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island, puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.
