Located in the Surf Condos complex, this 1st-floor, oceanfront 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo offers direct access to the sand, a sparkling community pool with a poolside gazebo, and the convenience of designated covered parking reserved for the first floor units.

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by sweeping ocean views and a natural, soothing décor that sets the tone for a relaxing coastal escape.

The open living and dining area flows onto a covered balcony overlooking the water—perfect for morning coffee or dining al fresco. Inside, the dining table seats four, with additional bar seating for casual meals. The efficient kitchen is fully equipped, while the bedroom offers a restful retreat. Built-in hallway bunks add charm and convenience for extra guests.

After a day on the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower, tuck your beach gear away in the private storage unit, and relax to the sound of the waves just outside your door.

This one bedroom unit offers a queen room plus a set of bunk beds tucked into the hall alcove.

Location:

Your beach condo is located approximately 1.2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island. This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

• The Surf Condo swimming pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes on Columbus Day weekend (dates subject to change).
• Gate/laundry/pool keycard required with a credit card on file.
• 1st floor unit - exclusive use of covered parking under the unit.  Please note that Surf Condo units only provide parking for 2 vehicles.
• Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on the condo premises.
• No Pets - No pets allowed by tenants on the premises.
• Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises.
• Linens (bed & bath) are NOT included, but are available for an additional fee.

All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more!
