Surf Club

This is my 5th year renting on Topsail Island and this is by far the BEST house I have ever rented! It has more amenities than any other house I have been too. The location was perfect. It being a single home with no other unit attached was amazing. 5 stars plus! I will definitley be looking to come back to Surf Club!!

This vacation , this home was more than we could’ve hoped for. Thank you to Ward Realty for helping to book our very first reservation and making sure all of our needs were met during our stay. The home was clean and well maintained. We had a minor hiccup with our washer but it was handled within 24 hours. Again, very pleased with the efficiency of communication between staff and property managers. We were so pleased we booked again for next year and our Son and his fiancé enjoyed it so much they decided to book as well . We are now making it a new summer vacation family tradition… it is our home away from home . Thank you for opening up your home and sharing it so others can make such beautiful memories.

We were extremely pleased with Surf Club, and surprised to have a nice bottle of wine waiting for us, as the first family in Surf Club in 2024. The kitchen accessories were the best we've ever had in a rental house (many!). Never had a brand new teflon fry pan, all the excellent knives, the air fryer, Keurig, glasses, plates, MW, DW, etc. all excellent. We loved the Master BR shower. The deck furniture was perfect. The four of us loved it. Oh, it was also immaculate! Very appreciative, thanks so much.

We had a wonderful time. The house is great. The view is fantastic. The house had everything we needed. I really appreciated the well equipped kitchen. The living room furniture was comfortable.

Surf Club was great!! I have never been at a rental that felt so much like home!! The house had everything we needed and even things we didn't know we needed!! We had an amazing 2 weeks even with a couple cold nights!!

This was our first visit to Surf City, and we look forward to visiting again since the beaches are beautiful and the people very friendly. We especially appreciated being able to bring our dogs with us, and Surf Club had gates that kept them safe when they were on the deck which was their favorite place when not walking on the beach. We appreciate owners who are willing to rent well maintained houses that have nice furniture. All in all, We had a wonderful relaxing visit and enjoyed eating good local seafood.

This place was absolutely incredible with a beautiful view of the beach. There really was not one thing we could think of that could have been improved. This home had everything! It was a lovely experience...our first time (and probably not our last) visiting Surf City!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient! We so enjoyed the new deck with pergola. It gave us extra room to enjoy throughout the day. The owners have decorated the home with so many thoughtful touches. We appreciate their efforts!

To have an option to STRONGLY AGREE would fit for this rental. The new grotto bathroom was great as well as the deck and amenities were above our expectations Never have I seen our dogs have so much fun too!
