Location:

Your beach rental is located approximately 2.5 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge. You’ll be near the central part of Topsail Island which puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

• Pet Friendly! Dogs allowed, Sorry, no cats - max 2; $150 non-refundable fee per pet
• Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises
• Short stroll to public beach access at the foot of Broadway Street - public bathrooms, ramp and playground nearby
• Outside Beach Butler lift is not available
• Linens are included for all reservations 7 nights or longer.  For shorter stays, you may bring your own linens or rent them through Ward Realty.
• Guests do not have access to the property owner's boat lift and/or boat!
• There are no public docks or ramps on 4th Street. The closest public dock/ramp is at Soundside Park 517 Roland Avenue. 
• Please do not unplug timers for decorative lights in the upstairs den and around the garage tiki bar
