Yes!  Welcome to South Shore Sea Esta where the fun never ends... where you can enjoy your own private waterpark with heated* swimming pool with a waterslide and a kiddie pool!  The chances are slim, but if you get tired of the endless fun in the backyard, you can catch a wave in the ocean since it is only steps away. In the mornings, enjoy your coffee and a stunning sunrise from the oceanview sundeck. In the evenings you can dine al fresco with a spectacular sunset on the soundside sundeck. If you manage to make it inside this 5 bedroom home, there is a fully equipped kitchen to help you feed a crowd. The open living room gives way to amazing views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Topsail Sound. And don't forget to head downstairs to a cozy den with a foosball table and TV.  South Shore Sea Esta has everything you and your family will need for a fantastic vacation on Topsail.

Location:

Your beach rental is located approximately 1.5 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge. The public beach access is just across the street from South Shore Sea Esta at 1138 S Shore Drive. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

Pool Heat:

• Pool heat is optional with a non-refundable fee of $550 per week. Please notify Ward Realty at least 4 days prior to your arrival if you would like to pay the $550 fee to have the pool heated.
• Pool may be heated from mid to mid March - May 31 & October 1 - end of November only
• When activated, the pool heater will raise the average water temperature to a minimum of 75–78°F, depending on outdoor conditions.
• In the event of unseasonably cold or frigid weather, or when overnight temperatures remain at or below 55°F during the 4 days prior to arrival, Ward Realty cannot guarantee the pool will reach a comfortable temperature.
• The $550 pool heat fee is non-refundable. If inclement weather or sustained low overnight temperatures occur before arrival, no refunds will be issued unless the guest cancels pool heat at least 4 days prior to check-in.
• We recommend monitoring the forecast and contacting our office with any questions before confirming pool heat

Additional Property Information:

• Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises
• Dogs Allowed!  Sorry, no cats.  $150 non-refundable fee per dog. Max 2 dogs
• Lift is NOT available for Tenant use
• Public Beach Access is located right across the street
