The open concept of the main living area features a view of the breathtaking turquoise waters of the Atlantic ocean. The view is punctuated by a large skylight overhead, making you feel as if you are floating over Topsail Island. From dawn until dusk, the sunlight plays magical effects in this this great room. From the light morning sunrise to the silky oranges and reds of the sunset, the ambiance evolves as the sun moves across the sky. The dining area frames a long range view, south, along the shore of North Topsail Beach and one of the few remaining undeveloped expanses of oceanfront on the island. The modern kitchen is equipped with all of the basics and yet another sundeck with sound views from which to marvel at the sight of a coastal sunset.

You are also just minutes away from a Golf Digest four-star championship course, North Shore Country Club. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.
