Sea Dragon is a gorgeous 6 bedroom home with every want and need imaginable! Private pool and hot tub in the backyard, plenty of room with three floors of livable space, bonus hangout room on the ground floor, easy convenient beach access, sun decks for sunset views and more await you, your family and even your dog. Enjoy the unobstructed ocean views from the covered porches at this second row home any time of day and take advantage of all this home has to offer. You may not be able to pinpoint your favorite thing about Sea Dragon, but we know you will never want to leave! The community beach access is located across the street, approximately 75 feet south of the house, at the intersection of S Shore & Crutchfield.

This beach home is located approximately 3.5 miles south of the Surf City high-rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island, puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.
