You'll find Sandy Bottoms is a spacious, tastfully decorated home with its own 14' x 30' private, heated, pool* in the beautifully landscaped backyard. Enjoy mornings sipping your coffee and lazy days relaxing on the large front and back decks with an abundance of deck furniture. Everyone will enjoy dining together with seating for 13 and a comfortable spacious living room.

The nicely appointed kitchen overlooks the pool so you can keep an eye on everyone.  Relax on the upper level deck with access to the pool from all floors.  Enjoy your ocean views from the top floor sundeck.  The beach access is just one street over and a short walk.

Top Floor:

• Street-Side South Bedroom: Queen Bed; TV; private entrance to shared hall bath with tub/shower; access to covered porch
• Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room

First Floor:

• North Street-Side Bedroom: King Bed; private bathroom with shower; access to covered porch
• Middle Street-Side Bedroom: Bunk Bed and Trundle; shares hall bath with tub/shower; access to covered porch
• South Street-Side Bedroom: Double Bed; TV; shares hall bath with tub/shower; access to covered porch

Outdoor Spaces:

When you've had enough sand and salt, you can relax around the gorgeous private pool, heated during mid to late March - June 1 & September 1 - November 1 with an optional $550 non-refundable fee  (weather & temp permitting; 3 to 4 day notice required prior to your arrival date) in your fenced in back yard. Before coming inside, rinse off in the outside enclosed hot & cold shower.



Location:

Your beach rental is located approximately .8 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island. This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

Pool Heat:

Pool heat is OPTIONAL with a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $550 per week.   Please notify Ward Realty at least 4 days prior to your arrival if you would like to pay the $550 fee to have the pool heated. 

When activated, the pool heater will raise the average water temperature to a minimum of 75–78°F, depending on outdoor conditions.

•  In the event of unseasonably cold or frigid weather, or when overnight temperatures remain at or below 55°F during the 4 days prior to arrival, Ward Realty cannot guarantee the pool will reach a comfortable temperature.
• The $550 pool heat fee is non-refundable. If inclement weather or sustained low overnight temperatures occur before arrival, no refunds will be issued unless the guest cancels pool heat at least 4 days prior to check-in.

Additional Property Information

• Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises.
• No Pets - No pets allowed by tenants on the premises.
• Public Beach Access at the foot of Quarterhorse Ave. is just a short stroll away.
• Linens (bed & bath) are NOT included but are available for an additional fee.
