Multiple decks with plenty of furniture await so you can soak up the sun and listen to then sounds of the Atlantic. Or the first floor covered deck can offer some shade so you can still feel the ocean breeze.

Looking for more to keep you occupied? The top floor game room has a pool table and wet bar for the family to enjoy. Games nights take on a whole new level when you are steps away from the top floor sun deck. A game of pool with the ocean as your backdrop seems to make everyone a winner. After the night is winding down, take advantage of the main floor hot tub on the deck to soothe all your cares away. If the kids need a break from the sand and waves, access to the Hampton Colony community pool is a great bonus! Your beach rental is located in North Topsail Beach approximately 8.1 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge. You'll love the peace and quiet here! Visit the Sea View Pier or drive to nearby Surf City or Sneads Ferry (just off the island) to visit restaurants and shops. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.
