• The Queens Grant swimming pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (dates subject to change depending on weather & HOA).
• The community boat dock area is for loading and unloading boats only. Boats cannot be left at the dock for any length of time.
• Parking for 2 vehicles under the unit. Additional parking is provided in the visitors parking area.
