Hang out in the first-floor LOUNGE to play pool, or binge your favorite action movies in the THEATER ROOM, complete with 86" television!

There are 9 thoughtfully designed and furnished bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, television and views to take it all in. The elegant kitchen will be the delight of the family chef! It is outfitted with recessed antique white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances (including two ovens), a stunning tile backsplash, and a generous center island. With abundant work space and every tool at your fingertips, masterful culinary creations are sure to emerge from here. Three separate dining spaces, plus additional oceanfront dining on the deck, ensure that everyone has a place at the party! Seagrass chairs add a classic coastal touch.

Location:

Your North Topsail Beach rental is located approximately 9.4 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge and 1.6 miles north of the North Topsail Beach high rise bridge. Head to Surf City or Sneads's Ferry (mainland) to visit restaurants, shops and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.

Pool Heat:

Pool heat is OPTIONAL with a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $400 per week.   Please notify Ward Realty at least 4 days prior to your arrival if you would like to pay the $400 fee to have the pool heated. 

When activated, the pool heater will raise the average water temperature to a minimum of 75–78°F, depending on outdoor conditions.

•  In the event of unseasonably cold or frigid weather, or when overnight temperatures remain at or below 55°F during the 4 days prior to arrival, Ward Realty cannot guarantee the pool will reach a comfortable temperature.
• The $400 pool heat fee is non-refundable. If inclement weather or sustained low overnight temperatures occur before arrival, no refunds will be issued unless the guest cancels pool heat at least 4 days prior to check-in.

Additional Property Information:

• Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises.
• No Pets -  No pets allowed by tenants on the premises.
