Kick back in the Adirondack chairs, stretch out on the adjustable loungers, or claim a seat at the built‑in wooden bar with stools—perfect for sunrise coffee, breezy lunches, or sunset happy hour with the waves as your soundtrack.

Designed with flexibility in mind, Beach Barn is ideal for groups who want a little more privacy or a little more shared space. With two kitchens, two living rooms, and two distinct levels, everyone can spread out comfortably while still enjoying time together.

Inside, you’ll find a light, bright, uncluttered home with comfortable furnishings and everything you need for a relaxing week at the beach. Simply clean, easygoing, and made for unwinding.

One of the best things about Beach Barn is its prime location. Set back nicely from the street—and sitting right on the sand—it feels private and peaceful, yet it’s an easy walk to downtown Surf City, where you’ll find restaurants, bars, shops, the fishing pier, and more.

Location:
Your beach house is located approximately .5 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge. You’ll be close to shops, restaurants, Surf City Pier and more in the heart of the Island.  Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.

• $150 Non-Refundable Fee for Dog - 2 dogs MAX. only.  Sorry, cats are not allowed.
• This property does not have a dishwasher in either kitchen
• Washer/Dryer in storage room off first floor streetside deck - accessible only through exterior door
• There are no interior stairs connecting the two levels 
• Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises

See below for a helpful list of what to bring with you to your Topsail Island vacation rental. Please note that this Topsail Island vacation rental includes sheets and towels for standard beds for reservations 7 nights or longer.  Linens for non-standard beds such as sleeper sofas, rollway’s or futons are not included. Non-standard bed linens or all linens for any reservations less than 7 nights may be rented through Ward Realty or guests may bring their own.
