Outside, the home welcomes you with two oceanfront decks, beautifully landscaped surroundings, and plenty of places to savor the breeze. Sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise, enjoy an evening cocktail as the sky turns pink, or curl up with a book on one of the shaded porch swings.
A private walkway leads you straight to the beach for sun-filled days. When you return, rinse off in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower before heading inside or relaxing on the porch—your choice.

This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more!
