Your beach house rental is located approximately 4.7 miles north of the North Topsail Beach high rise bridge or 12.7 miles from the Surf City High Rise Bridge. You’ll love the peace and quiet here! Visit the Sea View pier or drive to nearby Surf City or Snead’s Ferry (just off the island) to visit restaurants and shops. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.

Easy to move in, due to the 1st floor access and proximity to the parking lot. The place was clean with comfortable furniture and nice decor. The kitchen was fully stocked with the basics and then some extras. The queen bed was very comfortable. The shower has nice water pressure. Easy same level walkway to the beach and pool. Beach chairs are provided. The waves were too big to actually swim on this visit but the water was perfect temperature. Very clean beach. The deck is overlooking the ocean and we could only see one neighbor. Very private. Overall a very enjoyable experience for our short visit.
