This recently updated 3 bedroom cottage with 2 baths is dog friendly and just steps from a beach access.  One floor living at its finest, this classic beach cottage with an open floorplan ensures everyone can relax or prepare meals together. The comfortable living room has easy access to the covered front porch. The dining table seats 4 with room for 2 more at the counter. You’ll find an additional recreation area in the garage with a ping pong table, comfortable seating, and a bar area, plus a full bath and the laundry.

Your vacation home is located in the heart of Topsail Beach, just 6.6 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge. You are close to a few shops, restaurants, and the Jolly Roger Pier in Topsail Beach and not too far away from the main business district on the island in Surf City! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital on the mainland and the nearby Missiles and More Museum in Topsail Beach, which tells the story of our island's past.

• Linens (bed & bath) are NOT included, but are available for an additional fee
• Garage Doors are operated manually
