The dining room's table is large enough for all 12 to dine together. Just imagine yourself gazing over the ocean while the entire family is together. The first floor is complete with the kitchen, full bathroom and a king bedroom.
On the top floor, check out the two oceanfront bedrooms, one with a king and one with a queen and their own private bathroom! There is also a bunkroom, another queen bedroom and a full bath on this floor.
But that's not all! Oceanic also has a ground floor for that extra space. There is a queen bedroom here as well as a full bath with laundry area. Use the garage to store your beach gear here, too!

Oceanic is located approximately 3 blocks south of Surf City high rise bridge. You can walk to shops, restaurants, Surf City Pier and more right in the heart of the Island. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.
