Surf Side offers a lovely floor plan to accommodate you and your family. The main level offers a large living room and a dining room with a large table so that all 12 of you can dine together overlooking the ocean. The kitchen, a full bath and a queen bedroom are also on the main level. The large sundeck with built-in benches will be a favorite spot while you are here.
On the top level, you will find two oceanfront bedrooms, one with a king and one with a queen, each with their own private bathroom. A bunk room, a bedroom with 2 twins and another bathroom complete this floor.

This home features central air/heat, 4 color cable TVs, 3 DVD players, internet access - wireless, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, phone, carport, outside shower-cold water only and a large oceanfront sundeck.
Location:
Your beach house is located approximately 1 block south of the Surf City high rise bridge. You’ll be close to shops, restaurants, Surf City Pier and more in the heart of the Island. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.
