All Rental items will be delivered to the property by the end of your check-in day and will be picked up on your departure day. Linen sets include flat sheet, fitted sheet as well as a pillowcase, bath towel, hand towel and washcloth per person that the bed sleeps.
**Bed Making service is available when ALL linens for standard beds in a vacation rental are rented through Ward Realty. Linens for sleeper sofas, futons, rollaways, and trundle beds are not included with the bed making service, but these particular linen sets can be rented through Ward Realty. The price of bed making is applicable only to the number of standard beds in a home only.

The total vacation cost includes the base rent (daily or weekly as shown in the chart below), state and local taxes, processing fees, security deposit or security deposit waiver, and optional trip insurance.
