Come and relax inside this beautifully decorated, light filled, open layout condo. Done in soothing shades with coastal touches, the furnishings are overstuffed and comfortable in the living room, the classic kitchen is bright and includes everything you’ll need during your stay. Seat 6 around the dining table plus room for 2 at the counter, or take your meals outside on the covered deck accessed from the sliding doors off the living room.

Enjoy the best of both worlds when you stay at the Surf Condos. Take your meals outside on the furnished covered balcony overlooking the pool, and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. Two beach accesses take you directly onto the sand for a day in the sun. Or, if you prefer, relax around the large community pool. Rinse away the salt and sand in the outdoor shower.

Location:
Your beach rental is located approximately 1.3 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island. This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

Surf Condos Information
- Swimming pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes on Columbus Day weekend
- Gate/laundry/pool keycard required at an additional $25 cash fee, but refundable when returned

- Please note that Surf Condo rentals only provide parking for 2 cars
- Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on the condo premises
