Outdoor Spaces:

The Village of Stump Sound comes with some amazing amenities, like a full size tennis court and swimming pool. In addition, there are several perfect places to relax at home, like the ocean side sundeck with lovely ocean views, or the ground level patio with comfortable seating and an outdoor enclosed hot/cold shower. Head to the beach by way of the shared direct beach access just steps from your back door.

Location:

This vacation home in the Village of Stump Sound is located approximately 5.2 miles south of the North Topsail Beach high rise bridge or 3.6 miles north of Surf City high rise bridge. You'll love the peace and quiet here!  Visit the Sea View Pier or drive to nearby Surf City or Snead's Ferry (just off the island) to visit restaurants and shops. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

Additional Property Information:

• Boats, RVs, trailers, etc.  must be parked underneath the home.
• Access to community swimming pool, tennis courts and small watercraft launch (kayaks/SUPs only). 
• Community swimming pool is open from Memorial Day to end of September (dates subject to change depending on weather and HOA).
• TV is located in den off of kitchen and main living area.  There is no TV in the main living area. 
• Fireplace is not available for guests. 
• Linens (bed & bath) are NOT included but are available for an additional fee.

All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! Please note that this Topsail Island vacation rental comes with sheets and towels for all standard beds for all weekly (7 night minimum) reservations in 2023. Linens for sleeper sofas, futons, roll-a-way beds etc. are not included. Guest may bring their own linens for non-standard beds or rent them from Ward Realty. Non-standard beds include sleeper sofas, sleeper chairs, futons and roll-a-ways beds.
