This cute and well decorated cottage is on a quiet street. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets in the adirondack chairs on the sundeck. Ocean views from this second row house located a few steps from the beach. After a day on the beach, enjoy showering in the enclosed hot & cold outside shower. Or if you have been fishing, clean your fresh catch at the newly added fish cleaning sink under the house.
Updates for 2012 - new flooring/carpet in the kitchen, bathrooms, hallway and living room, new picnic table and new charcoal grill - both are located under the house on concrete driveway/parking which is a great place for cooking out since there is a refrigerator in the enclosed storage room. This is also a great area for little ones to play in the sandbox or ride bikes.
