Topsail Island | Rental Homes with an Elevator

Many vacation rentals on Topsail Island have a reserve floor plan. This means that the kitchen and living room are on the very top floor of the home in order to maximize the views of the ocean from the main living areas. The down side to this is that there are often three flights of stairs from the ground to the kitchen, dining area and living room. This is the reason for a residential elevator. If you have special needs guests with you, please consider a Topsail Island vacation rental with an elevator. Please note that some properties require a fee for the elevator.
