This 10 bedroom, 7.5 bath house offers 4...four master suites - Two suites have two person Jacuzzis/whirlpool tubs and showers with multiple body sprayers and the "Honeymoon Suite" complete with a king size canopy bed, sitting area, tiled bath, two person Heart-Shaped Jacuzzi, an ultra-luxurious shower with body sprayers and ocean views from the private balcony will provide the most romantic setting. The "Honeymoon Suite" is gorgeous and it will be sure to highlight your vacation. With over 5000 square feet of living space, A Peach @ the Beach has 6 other bedrooms for those extra guests and kids if you decide to bring them. Plop into one of the overstuffed sofas to rest those weary bones after a hard day at the beach and watch a movie on the 65" giant screen TV. Of if you feel ambitious, shoot pool on the regulation slate pool table. The gourmet kitchen, complete with a wine refrigerator, convection oven and pot faucet will make cooking a joy. The granite countertops are stunning! There are multiple sundecks so you can enjoy the oceanviews or watch a sunset over the Intracoastal Waterway. If all of this fails, there is a ground level 20 X 40 recreational room complete with a ping-pong table, foosball and other games. If that isn't enough, Hampton Colony has a community pool for the family to enjoy. This home is perfect for family reunions and weddings.
This home features central air/heat, 9 color cable TVs, 7 dvd players, internet access, stereo/cd player, dishwasher, microwave, 2 full size refrigerators(1 in kitchen/1 in rec room), wine refrigerator, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, 3 Jacuzzis/whirlpool tubs, gas grill, hot/cold outside shower, pool & ping pong table, 2 foosball tables, community swimming pool and multiple sundecks with furniture.
Pool key required at an additional, but refundable $50 cash fee. The Hampton Colony pool is open from Memorial Day to Columbus Day.
Additional note: Two of the smaller bunk bedrooms do not have a closet.
