This very attractive condo is located on the third floor. Enjoy your morning coffee while witnessing a dazzling sunrise as it emerges over the Atlantic Ocean from your private furnished porch.
You can relax at the beach or at the pool, which includes a poolside gazebo and multi level decking complete with lounge chairs. Paved & wooden walkways lead to a crossover to the sandy, white beach and crystal blue waters. And after a day of sun and sand, you can use the outdoor shower to wash it away.
Enjoy sipping your afternoon cocktails from your porch while watching the dolphins, surfers, swimmers and fisherman in the ocean. Or if you prefer, the sites and sound of the ocean can also be enjoyed from the living room.
Enjoy the many restaurants on the island, or if you prefer to cook in, your kitchen includes everything you need to prepare and serve your fresh seafood. Dine at the breakfast bar, dining area or your deck overlooking the beautiful Atlantic.
Amenities include central air/heat, 3 color cable tvs, dvd player, internet access - wireless, dishwasher, microwave, ceiling fans and a private balcony/porch with furniture. This complex has a swimming pool and on site laundry facilities.
Please note that Surf Condo rentals only provide parking for 2 cars.
Boats, trailers, jets skis, etc. are not permitted on the condo premises.
Pool pass required at an additional $10 cash fee, but refundable when returned. The Surf Condo swimming pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes on Columbus Day weekend.
