This nicely decorated condo unit is located on the second floor and has views of the swimming pool and ocean. Enjoy your morning coffee & newspaper on your private balcony/porch or bring your laptop, hook up to the high speed internet and work while on vacation if you need to. Work has never looked this good!!!
You can relax at the beach or at the pool, which includes a poolside gazebo and multi level decking complete with lounge chairs. Paved & wooden walkways lead to a crossover to the sandy, white beach and crystal blue waters. And after a day of sun and sand, you can use the outdoor shower to wash it away.
It features central air/heat, 2 color cable digital TVs, dvd player, high speed(modem) internet access, dishwasher, microwave, iron & ironing board, phone (all local and long distance calling within the Continental U.S. is free) and a balcony/porch. This complex has a swimming pool and on site laundry facilities.
Please note that Surf Condo rentals only provide parking for 2 cars.
Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on the condo premises.
Pool pass required at an additional $10 cash fee, but refundable when returned. The Surf Condo swimming pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes on Columbus Day weekend.
