Located just across the street from the ocean, fabulous unobstructed views of the ocean are yours to be had from the covered porches complete with deck furniture. You also have easy, direct, private beach access just a few steps away.
This fantastic home features central air/heat, 8 color cable tvs with surround sound, 7 dvd players, wireless high speed internet access, stereo/cd system, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, 2-person whirlpool tub, telephone with answering machine, ceiling fans, 2-car garage, wet weather entry, elevator, daily newspaper delivery, ground level game room with air hockey, ping pong & pool table, gas grill, outside shower (cold only), 2 sundecks overlooking the swimming pool, 2 covered porches with ocean views - all with deck furniture, private hot tub (open 10/1-4/30 for a fee of $100) and swimming pool (pool is not heated). There's also a community boat ramp at the end of the street for boat lover's.
The 2 daybeds with trundles can be converted to a comfortable King size bed complete with King mattress pad & comforter.
Swimming pool is not heated. Hot tub is open only October 1 to April 30 for a fee of $100. During all other times, it is closed.
