This is the perfect destination for a vacation on a budget. This delightful 2nd floor unit directly overlooks the pool while sitting on the balcony/porch and is just a stone's throw away to the ocean. The bathroom was enlarged to give you that relaxed feeling after a long day of play on the beach.
This unit features central heat/air, 2 color cable tv's , dvd player, internet access - wireless, dishwasher, microwave, stereo/cd player and ceiling fans. This complex also features laundry facilities on site and an outdoor swimming pool.
Please note that Surf Condo rentals only provide parking for 2 cars.
Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on the premises.
Pool pass required at an additional $10 cash fee, but refundable when returned. The Surf Condo swimming pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes on Columbus Day weekend.
