This first floor, end unit has a view of the ocean as well as the pool area, windows in the living room & master bathroom and automobile parking underneath. Enjoy your morning sipping coffee and reading your newspaper on your private porch.

You can relax at the beach or at the pool, which includes a poolside gazebo and multi level decking complete with lounge chairs. Paved & wooden walkways lead to a crossover to the sandy, white beach and crystal blue waters. And after a day of sun and sand, you can use the outdoor shower to wash it away.
Enjoy the many restaurants on the island, or if you prefer to cook in, your kitchen includes everything you need to prepare and serve your fresh seafood. Dine at the breakfast bar, dining area or your deck overlooking the courtyard.
Amenities include central air/heat, 2 color cable TVs, dvd player, dishwasher, microwave and phone. This complex has a swimming pool and on site laundry facilities.
Please note that Surf Condo rentals only provide parking for 2 cars.
Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on the premises.
Pool pass required at an additional $10 cash fee, but refundable when returned. The Surf Condo swimming pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes on Columbus Day weekend.
