Great views of the Atlantic Ocean and the swimming pool can be had from your private balcony (w/deck furniture) in this nicely furnished third floor condo.
It features central air/heat, 2 color cable TVs, 2 dvd players, internet access - Easter to October only, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, phone w/answering machine, wet bar and stereo/tape player. This unit also has several lounge chairs and 2 tennis rackets for your enjoyment here at the beach.
This complex has 2 tennis courts, swimming pool, and elevator access.
There are several areas throughout the complex parking areas that permit grilling.
Topsail Dunes limits parking to 2 cars. Please let our office know if you plan to bring any boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. We will need to notify the condo association to make arrangements for parking.
Pool passes(limit 6) required at an additional $10 cash fee each. Parking passes(limit 2) required at $10 each, cash fee. Both are refundable when returned..
The Topsail Dunes swimming pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes on Columbus Day weekend.
