This 2nd floor condo unit is beautifully decorated and is located right on the oceanfront. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private balcony/porch and witness a dazzling sunrise as it emerges over the Atlantic Ocean! Or if you prefer, the sites and sounds of the ocean can also be enjoyed from the living room which has a new sofa that pulls out into a queen sleeper, kitchen or dining area.
You can relax at the beach or at the pool, which includes a poolside gazebo and multi level decking complete with lounge chairs. Paved & wooden walkways lead to a crossover to the sandy, white beach and crystal blue waters. And after a day of sun and sand, you can use the outdoor shower to wash it away.
Updates for 2012 - carpet in living room has been replaced and hardwood flooring has been installed in the kitchen.
Amenities include central air/heat, 2 color cable TVs(expanded package), 2 dvd players, stereo/cd player, internet access - wireless (bring your laptop), dishwasher, microwave and phone. This complex has a swimming pool and on site laundry facilities.
Please note that Surf Condo rentals only provide parking for 2 cars.
Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on the premises.
Pool pass required at an additional $10 cash fee, but refundable when returned. The Surf Condo swimming pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes on Columbus Day weekend.
