It features 2 bedrooms plus a loft, 2.5 baths, central air/heat, 2 color cable tvs, dvd player, internet access - wireless, stereo/cd player, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, access to swimming pool, enclosed hot/cold outside shower, covered porch & sundeck with furniture.
Access to the Serenity Point community swimming pool for those days you just want to lounge around. Pool is open from Memorial Day to Columbus Day.
There is no phone is this unit & the fireplace is not useable.
Beach access is between Building 3 & 4.
