This magnificent, spacious home is coastal, luxurious living at its finest! Unbelievable, unobstructed views of the ocean and sound abound from the multiple sundecks and porches complete with deck furniture, picnic table, swing and hot tub. You even have your own private oceanfront gazebo/sundeck with direct beach access. Choosing the 'Big Kahuna' for your vacation will be one of the best things you ever did!
With two full kitchens (granite countertops & stainless steel appliances), 2 living rooms and four floors of bedrooms & baths, there is plenty of room to spread out. The upstairs has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, kitchen & dining area while the ground level has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen & dining area. There are no interior stairs connecting the upstairs with the ground level.
Some unique highlights include a huge sundeck over the garage with a hot tub, chaise lounges and a superb view of the ocean, top floor master suite with a Jacuzzi tub overlooking the ocean and ocean & soundside decks with breathtaking views, twin showers in one of the full baths, marble floors and custom moldings.
Take a nature stroll down a path behind the house to the soundside pier/floating dock and enjoy fishing and crabbing during the day and gorgeous sunsets in the evening. You can even bring your boat or jet ski and tie it up. This pier/dock is shared with one other home.
This home features central air/heat, 14 color cable TVs (2 are large screen), 7 dvd players (1 is a blu ray), internet access-wireless, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, 2 washers/dryers, 2 gas fireplaces (seasonal only Oct.1-Mar.31), 2 Jacuzzi tubs, ceiling fans, phone, hot tub, gas grill, garage, multiple sundecks & porches w/deck furniture,picnic table & swing, private beach access & oceanfront gazebo/sundeck, access to soundfront pier with floating dock (shared w/one other home).
Hot tub is heated April 1 thru September 30. During all other times, there is a $75 activation fee.
