This second floor condo unit is located right on the oceanfront. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private porch/balcony and witness a dazzling sunrise as it emerges over the Atlantic Ocean! Or if you prefer, the sites and sounds of the ocean can also be enjoyed from the living room, kitchen or dining area.
2008 Improvements - new air conditioner, new water heater, new queen size mattress and box springs, new vinyl flooring in bathrooms, hall and dining area.
You can relax at the beach or at the pool, which includes a poolside gazebo and multi level decking complete with lounge chairs. Paved & wooden walkways lead to a crossover to the sandy, white beach and crystal blue waters. And after a day of sun and sand, you can use the outdoor shower to wash it away.
Amenities include central air/heat, 2 color cable TVs, dvd player, dishwasher, microwave, phone and a porch/balcony. This complex has a swimming pool and on site laundry facilities.
Please note that Surf Condo rentals only provide parking for 2 cars.
Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on the condo premises.
Pool pass required at an additional $10 cash fee, but refundable when returned. The Surf Condo swimming pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes on Columbus Day weekend.
