Overlook the Atlantic Ocean from your private balcony in this nicely furnished oceanfront condo.
This complex has access to a swimming pool & tennis courts. It also has elevator access up to unit on second floor.
Amenities include central air/heat, 2 color cable TVs, dvd player, stereo, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, phone and wet bar.
There are several areas throughout the complex parking area that permit grilling.
Topsail Dunes limits parking to 2 cars. Please let our office know if you plan to bring any boats, trailer, jet skis, etc. We will need to notify the condo association to make arrangements for parking.
Pool passes(limit 6) required at an additional $10 each-cash fee. Parking passes(limit 2) required at $10 each-cash fee. Both are refundable when returned.
The Topsail Dunes swimming pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes on Columbus Day weekend.
