The interior of Sundance is painted in pretty pastels of yellow, teal, peach and green, giving this home a cheerful, beachy feel. Most of the bedrooms have coordinating custom-made comforters and shams, and the bathrooms have been updated with ceramic tile floors, new vanity sinks with granite countertops.

Amenities included are central air/heat, 2 color cable TVs, 2 dvd players, internet access-wireless, stereo/cd player, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, phone, ceiling fans, outside shower-cold only and 2 sundecks with deck furniture, picnic table & swing.
