2. Shopping and Buying Locally is the Best

We LOVE to support Topsail and its surrounding community. The vendors at the summer market are amazing here. No matter what they're selling, you're guaranteed a variety of locally made and locally grown products that are sure to please. You'll walk away with quality and sense of satisfaction knowing you're supporting local businesses. The market is a combination arts and crafts market plus farmers market, which equals a wonderful selection of goods and services for you to enjoy all in one beautiful location.

3. Local Artistry All in One Place

Speaking of location, it's the perfect place to find a variety of local artisans and their works all in one spot. Speak to the artists, artisans and crafters themselves and find out more about what they're all about and what they create. Ask questions, learn more about their craft, or just say hello. You'll be glad you did! See who's there on a weekly basis and what's new. You'll be amazed by the local talent and artistry that awaits you each Tuesday.

4. Unique "Made in NC" Gifts are Easy to Find Here

Buying for yourself and your family is awesome, but so are the gift-giving opportunities you can find at the market! Think ahead to the special people and upcoming occasions in your life and choose something unique, regional and specially-made. You won't find these items in your local department stores and usual retail outlets, that you can be sure of. Choose from Made in North Carolina products, handmade jewelry, coastal crafts, North Carolina Scuppernong wines, earth-friendly products, fresh roasted coffee, naturally non-toxic candles and eco-friendly beauty products, one-of-kind specialty pet items and oh so much more.

The Surf City Summer Market makes for the ideal day out with family and friends during your Topsail beach vacation. Locals already know this! Stroll the market, walk the park and enjoy the views before heading to the beach to complete your day. Later in the evening, make the most of your vacation rental amenities and cook up a simple yet delicious meal in your kitchen from your farmers market finds earlier in the day. What a great way to enjoy our island.

Make the market your weekly obsession—you'll be all the better for it! It can be your new Tuesday Topsail tradition. Enjoy!
