Long Term Rentals

Ward Realty manages a variety of long term rental properties located along the entire 23 miles of Topsail Island (from North Topsail Beach to Surf City to Topsail Beach) and on the mainland, just near the Surf City swing bridge. All of our properties are convenient to Wilmington and Jacksonville(Camp Lejeune). These properties generally require a one-year lease, however, some will consider a six-month lease. You may view our vacant properties, however, occupied properties are shown by appointment.
