Glynda and her husband, Jim, have vacationed in Surf City for many years, and she knows first-hand how the Island has grown and developed. Glynda, a full-time resident of Surf City, enjoys walking on the beach and boating in her free time.

Glynda was elected to serve as a Director of the Topsail Island Board of Realtors for a three year term beginning in 2009. Glynda has also received the prestigious Accredited Buyer Representative designation, the Seller Representative Specialist designation, the e-Pro Designation, the Certified Distressed Property Expert Designation, and the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource designation.
