Glynda Bradshaw had been an active real estate agent in Rocky Mount, NC, but felt the Island’s call and joined Ward Realty’s sales team. Before becoming a real estate agent, Glynda was involved in sales since 1986 as an owner of her own retail business to being a manufacturer’s representative.
Glynda and her husband, Jim, have vacationed here for many years, and she knows first-hand how the Island has grown and developed. Glynda, a part-time resident of Topsail Beach, enjoys walking on the beach and boating in her free time.
Glynda was recently elected to serve as a Director of the Topsail Island Board of Realtors for a three year term beginning in 2009. Glynda has also received the prestigious Accredited Buyer Representative designation, the Seller Representative Specialist and the e-Pro designation. This advanced education has provided Glynda with the tools to further benefit her clients in the needs of buying and selling real restate. |
