Furthermore, Ward Realty still provides a printed brochure to several thousand past guests and interested parties after the Christmas mail madness to help generate interest in Topsail Island summer vacations. We offer tentative reservations for the next summer to help generate repeat guests in your property, and we offer a post-stay survey to help understand guests' needs and wants during vacation at your property.
