Dennis Kotek comes to us with a familiar story: a relocated yankee who saw the light and found his way to our beautiful island. Born and raised in Illinois, Dennis most recently worked in Cary, NC in the healthcare industry. He had a very successful career holding several senior sales and marketing positions with medical device manufacturers. Dennis lives in Surf City with his wife, Janet, and enjoys walking on the beach and exploring the intracoastal waterway in his boat.
Glynda Bradshaw had been an active real estate agent in Rocky Mount, NC, but felt the Island's call and joined Ward Realty's sales team. Before becoming a real estate agent, Glynda was involved in sales since 1986 as an owner of her own retail business to being a manufacturer's representative.
Glynda and her husband, Jim, have vacationed here for many years, and she knows first-hand how the Island has grown and developed. Glynda, a part-time resident of Topsail Beach, enjoys walking on the beach and boating in her free time.
Glynda was recently elected to serve as a Director of the Topsail Island Board of Realtors for a three year term beginning in 2009. Glynda has also received the prestigious Accredited Buyer Representative designation, the Seller Representative Specialist and the e-Pro designation. This advanced education has provided Glynda with the tools to further benefit her clients in the needs of buying and selling real restate.
John Toler has been one of Topsail Islands's top sales agents ever since he joined Ward's sales team in March of 2003. He is a consistent multi-million dollar producer and has led the office in sales since he has come on board. John will serve as President-Elect of the Topsail Island Board of Realtors in 2009 and on to President of the Board in 2010.
